Finally students, age 8 & up, get a chance to design & build the roller coaster of their dreams! First we explore the principles of motion and force, and then using state-of-the-art computer software, students create hills, turns, loops and corkscrews. They can make it as big or small as they like and then see what the coaster will feel like from a variety of positions both inside and outside the car!
When our coasters are done, it’s time to create the theme park of our
dreams! Students are the designers and builders of a park as large &
exciting as they can make it. Include a variety of rides, games and concessions
– all the things found in a real amusement park – including the
guests! Planning, organization and customer support are at the core of this
class.
