




The job of the co-presidents is to help coordinate the work of all PTC officers and committees, to preside at PTC meetings, to serve on budget committee and to represent the school at District meetings.
The Co-Vice Presidents have the fun responsibilities of coordinating the student enrichment programs funded by the PTC. These include, before and after school programs, lunchtime clubs, and enrichment assemblies. The Co-Vice Presidents also preside over the Audit committee and serve on the Budget committee.
The Treasurers job is to keep accurate records of the PTC budget, receipts and expenditures. The Treasurer presents a financial statement at each PTC meeting. Responsibilities also include; filing of annual reports to the Internal Revenue Service and other governmental bodies as required by law, keeping PTC’s insurance policy up to date and serving on the Budget committee.
The Secretary's job is to make sure accurate meeting notes are kept and distributed, reviewed and accepted as per the requirements in the PTC bylaws. The Secretary also keeps contact information up to date for the membership.
Job responsibilities are to oversee and/or plan and execute the fundraisers necessary to meet the PTC’s budgetary needs.
The Volunteer Coordinators shall serve as a liaison between school staff, school volunteers, and the community in order to maintain a well-coordinated school volunteer program. The responsibilities include keeping a list of and help recruit volunteers for school activities, finding and communicating with classroom coordinators for the teachers, record and track volunteer hours, make volunteer nametags and provide occasional “goodies” for the volunteers. The Volunteer Coordinators shall preside over the Nominating committee.
